| Did
you know that there are seven
standardized homeowners insurance forms:
Basic Form Homeowner Policy, Broad Form
Homeowner Policy, Special Form Homeowner
Policy, Renter's Insurance, Premier
Homeowner Policy, Condominium Policy,
and Older House Policy.
The
different forms of homeowners insurance
offer coverage on a home against perils
such as fire or lightning, windstorm or
hail, vandalism or malicious mischief,
theft, damage from vehicles and
aircraft, explosion riot or civil
commotion, glass breakage, smoke,
volcanic eruption, and personal
liability. Floods and earthquakes
are normally excluded. When you
speak to one of our agents make sure
that you ask about the different perils
that the policy will be covering.
It may be wise to get coverage for
perils that are relevant to you. |
